Championing Arizona’s Future with Ciara Anderson
Ciara Anderson was raised in Castle Rock, Washington, by her grandparents in a working-class household after losing her mother at a young age. From early on, she learned the value of hard work, discipline, and personal responsibility through athletics, leadership programs, and real-world challenges that shaped her character. After a difficult early adulthood, Ciara rebuilt her life through faith, accountability, and perseverance—experiences that formed her belief that laws should be enforced, personal responsibility matters, and people are capable of real change.
Ciara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University Vancouver and built a career in workforce operations, staffing, and large-scale infrastructure support, including data center projects for major technology companies. She later worked in staffing and recruiting before starting a family with her husband, Rocky Anderson, a water and wastewater engineer and small business owner. Together, they understand the pressures facing Arizona families, small businesses, and critical infrastructure, particularly water reliability and regulatory impacts.
After witnessing the effects of government overreach, rising crime, and declining community standards in Washington State, Ciara and her family relocated to Mesa, Arizona, in 2021 to raise their children in a safer, freer environment. She became deeply involved in grassroots politics, serving as a Republican Precinct Committeeman, LD10 Executive Board member, and founder of the Turning Point Action Red Mountain Moms Coalition, which now mobilizes hundreds of local families. Recognized for her leadership statewide, Ciara is running for the Arizona House of Representatives to protect parental rights, defend individual liberty, and secure a strong, conservative future for the next generation.

For those here illegally, they need to go. I support mass deportations, even when it’s difficult or unpopular. Too many illegal aliens are threatening the safety of our communities and our children.
Economy & Jobs
President Trump’s policies are starting to turn things around, but it is disturbing to live in the richest country in the world, yet see families crushed by rising costs.
Healthcare
Americans can no longer afford basic healthcare. Arizona must be prepared for changes coming with the expiration of the Affordable Care Act, while addressing staffing shortages and rising costs now.
Education & School Choice
I’ll work to direct more education dollars to teachers and classrooms, not to feed bloated bureaucracies that are growing so much faster than any other education expense.
Election Integrity
I support returning to localized precinct voting for accountability, transparency, and to speed accurate results. Arizona must take election integrity seriously by enforcing the law, holding bad actors accountable, and protecting our sacred vote.
President Trump
I am proud to have helped President Trump get elected. He is delivering a powerful realignment and has already accomplished more than any president in my lifetime—especially after the damage done by the Biden administration.
Helping Veterans
We must stop prioritizing foreign nations over the men and women who sacrificed their lives, health, and freedom for this country. Veterans deserve respect, rehabilitation, and real support—not empty words.
Public Safety & Crime
Arizona should attract, train, and properly compensate officers to ensure public safety. We are competing with other states for officers and deputies in many cases, and that is a competition we should win. Everyone deserves a safe neighborhood to live and play in.
Second Amendment
The Second Amendment is my favorite constitutional right—without it, we wouldn’t have a free country.
Sanctity of Life
We must protect our unborn children. I support policies that promote life, strengthen families, and support adoption.
Constitution & Our Liberties
We must remain vigilant and push back as government encroaches on our liberties in areas like education, farmland regulation, gun rights, finance, and healthcare. Preserving freedom requires informed citizens to fight back—together.
